Nicole Allen Named Finalist in 2025 Women to Watch Awards by InvestmentNews
We’re excited to share that Nicole Allen, Chief Compliance Officer and Wealth Advisor, has been named a finalist in the InvestmentNews 2025 Women to Watch Awards, a true testament to her drive and dedication. Recognized in the Rising Star Advisor of the Year category alongside other finalists, known as Excellence Awardees, the award celebrates women who have demonstrated excellence in their first three years as advisors. According to the award’s process and criteria,1 an independent judging panel will evaluate nominees and select winners within each category, to be announced on October 21 at the award’s 10th annual gala in New York.
“In Nicole’s dual role, she’s created an exceptional balance of upholding integrity-first compliance while still delivering meaningful guidance to her clients, which has set a high standard at Monarch,” says Aaron Clark, firm Founder and President. “It’s impressive to see the progress she’s made and the milestones she’s achieved in just a few years, and it’s inspiring to watch her grow as both an advisor and a leader.”
Nicole’s approach to advising is marked by compassion, clarity, and a deep understanding of her clients’ unique circumstances. She is known for guiding individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging transitions, from retirement and career changes to the loss of a loved one, helping them navigate complex decisions with confidence and peace of mind.
An active and distinguished business leader and community advocate, Nicole served as the President of the Santa Barbara Young Professionals Club for nearly four years. Her impact has earned her accolades, including being named one of Pacific Coast Business Times’ Top 40 Under 40 in 2023 and 2025 Who’s Who in Banking & Finance.
