Nicholas Cardona plays a central role in supporting the Monarch Wealth Strategies’ team and the firm’s clients. As Operations Manager, he is dedicated to empowering advisors and staff with the structure, resources, and support they need to help clients achieve their financial goals. People-focused and integrity-driven, Nicholas believes transparency, accountability, and consistency are essential to building trust—both within the firm and with the clients and community Monarch serves.

Drawing on his experience as a former branch manager, Nicholas brings a strong leadership foundation rooted in operational excellence, team development, and high ethical standards. In past roles, he led large teams, oversaw complex operations, and set clear expectations for professionalism and integrity—skills he now applies to support Monarch’s advisors and staff. Nicholas holds himself and the team to high standards, reinforcing a culture built on doing the right thing, acting in clients’ best interests, and maintaining an unwavering commitment to fiduciary responsibility.

With 13 years of experience in the financial services industry and more than eight years managing large teams, Nicholas is highly goal-oriented and motivated while remaining thoughtful and people-centered in his leadership approach. He works closely with the Monarch team to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, enabling advisors to focus on delivering exceptional client experiences. He is currently completing his MBA at California State University, Northridge, to further strengthen his ability to support the firm’s long-term growth and operational effectiveness.

A Santa Barbara native, Nicholas cares deeply about the community he calls home and values Monarch’s involvement in serving it. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his two children, traveling, and going to the beach. An avid reader and writer, as well as a lifelong sports fan, he also enjoys collecting sports cards; his interests reflect his curiosity, discipline, and appreciation for connection and shared experiences.
